Nation Radio is a national radio station in the United Kingdom, owned and operated by Bauer Radio. The station broadcasts to Wales and the West of England on DAB and in South Wales and the Severn Estuary on FM. It is available on Freeview and online.
Nation Radio was launched on 6 September 2016, replacing local station Radio Carmarthenshire. Former Radio Carmarthenshire presenter Andy Bush presented the station's first show. On 19 December 2016, Nation Radio's local breakfast show for South Wales was replaced by a regional show for Wales and the West of England, presented by former Radio City presenter Dave Kelly. On 4 March 2019, the station's regional breakfast show was replaced by a new national show, presented by former Radio Aire presenter Simon Morykin. On 3 June 2019, the station's DAB signal in Wales was extended to cover the whole of Wales. On 6 August 2019, the station's regional show for Wales and the West of England was replaced by a new national show, presented by former Radio City presenter Dave Kelly. On 1 September 2020, the station's national breakfast show was replaced by a new show, presented by former Radio City presenter Dave Kelly.
